High-temperature color-fixing process
Blossom Carpet uses a high-temperature oven at 185°C for color fixing (the market standard is 140–150°C). The high temperature fully opens the fibers, allowing the dye to penetrate deeper for richer and more durable coloring.

Three-step washing + environmentally friendly treatment
The triple washing process effectively removes excess dye, and is combined with comprehensive wastewater treatment equipment to ensure environmental friendliness and no pollution.

High-Density Backing Adhesive
The backing adhesive content reaches 480g per square meter (industry average is approximately 300g), ensuring strong adhesion and resistance to peeling or cracking.

Austrian Zimmer High-Definition Printing
The machine has a total length of 125 meters and uses dye printing, offering superior color penetration and durability compared to digital printing.

High-quality yarn and flame-retardant performance
Made with 2700 denier high-standard pure polyester yarn, offering delicate and durable color, and meeting B1-C grade fire-retardant standards.

Environmentally friendly odorless adhesive
Uses environmentally friendly adhesive, odorless and safe for health.

Blossom printing printer head is a Chromojet printer produced by the world advanced Austrian company ZIMMER. Chromojet is an independent design system, which uses high-speed solenoid valves to spray compressed color paste onto the carpet in dots, thus forming various patterns on the carpet surface.

Features of printed carpet: short production cycle, high efficiency, strong strain capacity, good elasticity, bright color, high color fastness, and mold and moth resistance.

Established in 1998, Blossomcarpet is mainly engaged in production of various carpets and now becomes one of China large machine-made carpet production and export bases. The group mainly produces various home and commercial machine-made and hand-made carpets, with annual capacity of 23 million square meters and is ranked first among fellow enterprises in terms of production volume in 10 consecutive years.

There are 18 carpet production lines, 6 chemical fibers production lines and 1 HD printed carpets production line being at the world advanced level.
