Easy to install
Apply glue on the back. SPC wall panels have click locks to prevent visible gaps.
Thoughness
The toughness is sufficient for bending.
Substitute for natural marble, but weighs only one-fifth
of natural marble, costing just one-tenth of
natural marble.
Water proof
PVC panels are exceptionally waterproof. Non-porous structure prevents water absorption; additives enhance moisture resistance.
Fireproof
scratch-resistant
Flame retardant, no harmful smoke, prevents flame spread.
Surface has a wear-resistant layer, preventing damage and scratches.
How to install PVC/SPC UV wall panels
1. Confirm and clean the dry base layer. Remove dirt. Use gypsum or magnesium board for a smooth, waterproof surface.
2. Mark and position according to decoration size and bottom line shape.
3. Use double-sided tape at fixed positions, pressing hard for cementing. Wall: 3.3/m2; Ceiling: 4.3/m2.
4. Cut glue bottle tip (7mm exit width), squeeze glue along tape position. Wall: 0.5 A/m2; Ceiling: 0.6 A/m2.
5. Remove adhesive tape and separation paper.
6. Bond decorative panel within 10 mins, press tape for full adhesion. Avoid moving or re-bonding.
7. Maintain for 1 day during adhesive glue cure.
