Apply glue on the back for installation. SPC wall panels have click locks to prevent visible gaps.
Thoughness
The toughness is sufficient for bending.
A substitute for natural marble, but weighs only a fifth of the
natural marble, and costs just a tenth of the
natural marble.
Water proof
PVC wall panels are highly waterproof due to polyvinyl chloride properties and non-porous structure. Chemical additives further enhance moisture resistance.
Fireproof
scratch-resistant
Excellent flame retardancy, no harmful smoke, and prevents flame spread.
Features a transparent wear-resistant layer, preventing damage and scratches.
How to install PVC/SPC UV wall panels
1. Confirm and clean the bottom layer, ensuring dryness. Use gypsum board or magnesium plate for a smooth, waterproof surface.
2. Mark and position according to decoration size and bottom line shape.
3. Apply double-sided tape at fixed positions, press firmly for adhesion. Walls use about 3.3/m2, ceilings about 4.3/m2.
4. Cut glue bottle tip to 7mm width, squeeze glue next to tape position. Walls use about 0.5 A/m2, ceilings about 0.6 A/m2.
5. Remove double-sided adhesive tape paper.
6. Within 10 minutes, bond decorative plate to fixed position. Press tape to secure; avoid moving or re-bonding.
7. Maintain for 1 day during adhesive glue curing.
