1.Design photochromic films based on target effects and applications.
2.Prepare PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) films in a vacuum to form multi-layer optical structures.
3.Check color uniformity of the films via precision testing.
4.Remove films, filter, and dry to obtain pure raw material.
5.Crush the material into fine particles (with strict particle size control).
6.Modify powder surface to enhance dispersibility and stability.
7.Dry in vacuum to ensure purity and prevent oxidation.
8.Match colors in batches for consistent color across productions.
9.Inspect quality (particle size, color, etc.) and package the final powder.
Packaging & Shipping
We pack pigments in double plastic bags and then put them into cartons. Unless it is flakes, we use heat-sealing machine to do seal. Welcome to have your OEM/ODM packaging. We have below carton for packaging:
