Q1: What's your MOQ for each item:
A1: 1) For customized metal products needing to make new mold, MOQ is always set to be 1500 or 1440 pcs per design.
2) for customized MDF fridge magnet, MOQ per design is 1500/1440 pcs each as well.
3) for customized PVC / Rubber products, MOQ is normally 3000 pcs or 2880 pcs per design; if you have many designs to develop simultaneously, we may accept 2000/1920 pcs as MOQ.
4) for customized designs related to digital printing, silk printing, lasering and UV printing, MOQ can be 500 pcs or 480 pcs per design (picture)
5) for customized plastic products, MOQ is negotiable. We need to consider the potential order and the amount to invest.

Q2: What's your minimum amount per order?
A2: 1) for trial order or small order intending to be delivered by courier, no minimum amount limit is required, we will release goods on FCA basis or on EXW Zhongshan basis.
We can also arrange dispatch through Fedex or DHL on your behalf with cost prepaid.
2) In case your order is to be shipped by sea, we expect an net amount (excluding mold charge and set-up charge) to be exceeding usd20,000.00 as local charges are too much for us to bear.
Or alternatively, we would take usd150.00 for amount being usd15000.00 - usd19999.00, usd250.00 for amount being usd10000.00 - usd14999.00, and usd350.00 for amount being less than usd10,000.00 per shipment.
We can also arrange dispatch through Fedex or DHL on your behalf with cost prepaid.

A3: 1) if you have ready designs, send in your original graphic files in format of AI, PSD, CDR, EPS or PDF (for printing).
2) if you need us to convey your creative ideas into physical products, we need you to send in your ideas in detail, our designers will work out graphic sketches for your approval. After confirmation, we can finalize the designs at our side.
3) if you want us to create some new items for your market, we need to activate our innovation at our side with deposit prepaid.

A4: 1) For ready items with paper printing, UV printing and lasering, sampling time will be 7-15 days.
2) for new items from personalized customization, sampling time will be 7-15 days after molds get ready, while molding time depends on when we get your confirmation on the designs.
