Cold-rolled steel: A cost-effective basic material with excellent strength, suitable for various equipment housings and electrical cabinet bodies;
Stainless steel (304/316L): Resistant to acid and alkali, and corrosion-resistant, suitable for contact components in food machinery and medical equipment;
Aluminum alloy (5052/6061): Lightweight (density only 1/3 of steel) + good ductility, suitable for new energy vehicle parts and portable equipment housings;
Galvanized sheet / colored sheet: Comes with a basic anti-rust layer, no additional anti-rust treatment is required after processing, suitable for batch low-cost cabinet products.
II. Surface Processing
Spray type: Powder coating (anti-scratch and wear-resistant, color customization), electrostatic coating (strong adhesion, suitable for outdoor equipment);
Anti-rust type: Galvanizing (anti-rust based on cold-rolled steel), colored zinc plating (salt spray test reaches 720 hours +, strong corrosion resistance);
Appearance type: Aluminum alloy anodizing (enhanced hardness + color texture), sandblasting / polishing (matte texture, anti-fingerprint);
Identification type: Laser marking (fine logo / parameter engraving), screen printing (batch patterns / text printing).
