Product Description
The thermoforming membrane vacuum presses BSF1325 is designed special for solid surface materials(Corian, Hi Macs, Staron, Hanex, Kerrock and others) preheating and shaping, as well an acrylic material and a
thermoplastic forming. Capacities and sized could also be costomized, this machine combined solution which including functions of two separate machines a vacuum press and the preheating oven, greatly increases its functionality.
Features
1. Temperature control with PID regulation, two-side preheating oven.
2.Heating plate from anodized aluminum.
3.Pneumatic actuator for upper heating plate, high performance.
4.Stainless steel heaters, life of up to 15000 hours.
5.Imported silicone membrane with 700% elasticity, working temperature between -40ºC to 240ºC, long life service.
6.Oil free vacuum pump with capacity 60m³/h.
7.Work table from fire-resisted laminate plate with grooves, ensure the good performance.
