Lencolo It has a stronger ability to initiate polymerization because the excited free radical state is more active after being illuminated,which has strong absorption to specific wavelength (400nm-450nm). Applied to the color ink system for more thorough deep curing. Various UV coatings and UV adhesives used for UV curing.It can be used for UV polymerization of various unsaturated systems such as UV coatings, UV inkjet, UV inks, UV transfer adhesives, UV-3D printing, UV adhesives, etc.

It is more convenient to use in various UV systems because it is a transparent liquid without impurities
High absorption peak, applied to color, black, dark UV body for deep curing, bottom curing is more thorough
Fast light curing rate, safer curing, lower residual odor
It can also maintain a low-viscosity viscous state at low temperature without crystallization, precipitation and other phenomena
Application
This product is mainly used for UV adhesive, UV-3D printing, UV nail polish, UV ink, UV coating, UV transfer adhesive, UV pressure sensitive adhesive, etc.
Usage method:
It is not recommended to use alone. It can be used with other photoinitiators. After matching, the balance between surface curing and deep curing can be adjusted.
Addition amount: 1 ~ 3%
Users are advised to determine the best addition amount through experiments before use.
Storage, shelf time and Packing
This product will be functional for 6 months as long as storing under normal temperature and keeping away from heat and light. This Product will be packed into 25kgs/drum.
Tip: Lencolo-5033 has a higher absorption peak, it has obvious effect on the application of colored systems, and it is more thorough in curing black UV systems.
