Q1. Can you suport to custom?

A1: Yes. we can be customized for u. If u have drawings,can sent PDF,AI,CDR files to us,we can made it for u. If u do not have drawings,we can design it for u and produce.

Q2. Are you manufacturer or trade company?

A2: We are professional signage OEM/ODM manufacturer.

Q3. Do you have any certificate? Are your products ( include light source and power supply ) waterproof for outdoor?

A3: Our products have UL/ CE certificate. Yes, we can provide with waterproof product for you.

Q4. How do l get my products installed?

A4: The installation drawing and accessories will be shipped with your products. And we also provide with detail explanation if there is any problem of installation.

Q5. What about your delivery time?

A5: In general, about 5-20 working days, If you have some quantities, can directly contact customer service to confirm.

Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory, OEM, ODM service is provided.

Q2: What's your payment term?
A: Usually, we accept T/T, For regular orders, we prefer 30% of total amount as down payment and the balance paid before delivery.

Q3: How to order your led neon logo sign?
A:Please send us your purchase order by Email or you can ask us to send you a Performa invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order.
1) Product information : Size,Quantity (other request ,if you have any special request)
2) Delivery time required.
3) Shipping information: Company name,Street address,Phone&Fax number,Destination seaport.
4) Forwarder's contact details if there's any in China.

Q4: Can we order a sample before mass production?
A: Yes, sample order is available, and it will take 5-7 days to finished usually.Sample fee can be reduced in the bulk order.

Q5: How to pay express charges if order samples?
A: For those customer, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account and we will send the samples by freight collected. And we can calculate the express freight for  you to compare if necessary, If choose ours, then pay the freight charge directly to our company account, we will delivery the samples by prepaid.

Q6: How can I trust your quality?
A: The whole production process is in strict accordance with the standard of CE and every working procedure is in strict supervision of our QC department, and one more checking before being sent to you.
